Oliver Gadoury is a multi-disciplinary artist and designer whose work spans graphic design, illustration, and mural painting. Rooted in a sketching practice that travels with him wherever he goes, his illustrations first developed through the use of felt tip pens and markers, the foundations of which are still evident in his bold, distinctive linework. His artistic practice draws inspiration from travel, community, literature, media, and personal reflection, weaving together influences from both the outer world and inner thought. Through drawing and painting, he seeks to give form to these ideas, creating works that invite both enjoyment and dialogue. He holds a Bachelor of Media Studies from the University of British Columbia and currently resides in Montreal, Canada.
